Situated near Dwaalboom in the heart of the Limpopo bushveld, Lodule offers guests an authentic and private bush experience in a natural, well-managed environment. Surrounded by open savannah, mature indigenous trees, and wide African skies, the farm provides a peaceful escape where wildlife moves freely within its natural habitat.

This is not a commercial safari reserve — it is a working bushveld farm focused on conservation, responsible land management, and meaningful outdoor experiences.

Game Drive

All bush drives on the farm are conducted with a qualified game ranger. Guests are not permitted to self-drive within the wildlife areas, ensuring safety, conservation control, and a more informative experience.

Our guided drives offer guests the opportunity to:

Observe plains game species in their natural environment
Visit the waterhole near the lodge, where wildlife frequently gathers
Enjoy exceptional bird watching among large indigenous trees
Learn about the bushveld ecosystem, tracking, and animal behaviour

Early morning and late afternoon drives are particularly rewarding, as wildlife tends to be more active during these cooler hours.

A Personal and Responsible Experience

Because drives are conducted privately for guests staying on the farm, the experience remains intimate and unrushed. There are no large safari vehicles or public tour groups — only small, personalised outings focused on quality sightings and education.

Guided bush drives are available exclusively to overnight guests staying in the Chalets or Hunting Lodge.
